The Management Committee defines and implements overall Group strategy. It is an international management team endowed with a solid expertise.

Philippe serves as CEO of Euro Disney S.A.S. since September 2008. He joined the Disney organization in 1991 and was a member of the opening team at Disneyland® Resort Paris. Over the six following years, he held a variety of positions at the Resort before being promoted to Director, Corporate Compensation and moved to The Walt Disney Company headquarters in Burbank, California. In 2000, he served as Regional Vice President, Human Resources, The Walt Disney Company Asia-Pacific, overseeing the HR strategy in 13 countries in Asia - first based in Tokyo and then in Hong Kong. In 2004, he returned to Disneyland Resort Paris as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. A year later, he was appointed Senior Vice President, International Human Resources, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. In 2006, he was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts worldwide.

Dominique joined the Group in 1989 as Manager of Real Estate Finance. He was promoted in 1992 to the rank of Vice President in charge of Development & External Relations, and supervised the doubling of the capacity of Disney Village, the creation of Walt Disney Studios Park, the opening of 2,200 additional hotel rooms, and the development of the Val d'Europe community. Since October 2008, Dominique serves as Senior Vice President Strategic Project Consulting and Development. He has responsibility for guiding major projects with strategic thinking, leadership and guidance on the development and relationship fronts.

Federico joined the Group in November 2004. He spent sixteen years within The Procter & Gamble group, where he assumed various positions as Brand Manager (Spain) followed by three years at the group's European Headquarters in Brussels and two years as Director Marketing for Procter & Gamble Nordic, before being promoted to General Manager (Portugal).

Greg began his career in 1996 within the Audit Department of Arthur Andersen in Los Angeles. He joined in 2003 the Transaction Support department at The Walt Disney Company in Burbank. There he was responsible for providing accounting and analytical support to business units of the company that were considering mergers and acquisitions or emerging business opportunities, as well as monitoring and overseeing the implementation of new accounting and reporting requirements. Greg joined Disneyland Paris at the beginning of 2007 as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and has been leading the teams in Controllership, Corporate Reporting, Taxation, and Internal Audit. Since August 1, 2009, Greg serves as Senior Vice President - CFO.

Norbert joined the Euro Disney Group in 2004. He has spent most of his professional life with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines as Director General for Germany. Prior to that, he occupied various posts for that company in France, The Netherlands and Italy.

Jeff joined the Euro Disney Group as part of the opening team in 1992 as Finance Manager for Human Resources and G&A Divisions. Since then, he has taken on positions of increasing responsibility including Director - Purchasing & Logistics, Director - Maintenance & Landscaping, Vice President - Park Operations, Vice President - Walt Disney Studios Development and Vice President - Corporate Alliances & Alliance Marketing. In his actual position, Jeff is responsible for Corporate and Internal Communications and Community Relations.

Francis joined the Disney organization in 1991 as Director Land Development, with more than 10 years of experience in real estate, especially in the Sari Group, Paris-la-Défense property developer. Promoted as Vice President Real Estate Development in 1998, he has played a great part in the success and the growth of Val d'Europe. As of October 2005, he extended his responsibilities to the Resort Development and started to reenergize Disney Village and develop the hotel inventory.

Neil joined the Euro Disney Group in 2007 as Vice President Business Insight & Improvement. He began his career with Disney in 1996. Today he has more than 20 years of industry experience, providing a range of operational and revenue management expertise. Prior to joining the team in Paris, he was Director of Revenue Management for Walt Disney World Resort with responsibilities for Disneyland Resort and Hong Kong Disneyland Resort.

Andrew joined the Euro Disney Group in February 2004. Following a career as a consultant with Touche Ross and Gemini Consulting, he joined the Bass Plc Group (which became the Six Continents Plc Group and is now the Intercontinental Hotels Group) as Regional Vice President of Operations, New Zealand/South Pacific region after holding roles of increasing responsibility within the strategy division of that group.

Daniel Dreux joined the Group in 1992 as Manager, Labor Relations, after 10 years spent in the Burger King group, where he held a certain number of positions of increasing responsibility. Into the Group, he has enriched his professional itinerary by occupying various positions at the Human Resources, Purchasing, General Services, and at the Security departments, before being named Vice President - Labor Relations in 2003 and then Vice President -Human Resources in 2007. He has deep understanding and knowledge of our Company and the way it functions, as well as of the management and development of its resources.

Thierry joined the Euro Disney Group in January 2006 as Director - External Relations before being promoted Vice President External Relations, in charge of the company's political and corporate affairs. He accomplished most of his career in the French and European administrations where he held various positions of increasing responsibility. After being Adviser to the permanent representation of France at the European Union and then assuming different functions in Ministerial Cabinets (among them that of Interior, Infrastructures, Transportation and Social Affairs), Thierry held the position of 1st Diplomatic Adviser at the French Embassy of South Africa.

François was appointed in April 2004. From 1989 to 1995, he has held various positions within the Group Legal Department. In 1995, he joined Solidere, a Lebanese company in charge of Beirut reconstruction, as Senior Counsel. In 1997, he became General Counsel of EDS France. He returned to the Group in 2000 as Deputy Legal Counsel.
