Catherine Powell

Présidente of Euro Disney S.A.S.

Catherine started in her role as Présidente of Euro Disney S.A.S. on July 11, 2016. Before joining the Euro Disney group, Catherine served as The Walt Disney Company's Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand for two years. Catherine previously led the Media Distribution division of The Walt Disney Company for Europe, the Middle East and Africa for five years, having served first as Disney Media Distribution's senior vice president, for the UK and Ireland, France, Nordic, Benelux and Israel. Catherine joined The Walt Disney Company in 2004 as creative director for the portfolio development group. Before joining The Walt Disney Company, Catherine worked for BBC Worldwide for seven years, where she held various senior TV sales roles across territories including Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Germany and Spain/Portugal.

Grégoire Champetier

Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial

Grégoire Champetier joined Disneyland Paris on May, 2017 as Senior Vice President, Head of Commercial. This role brings together Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management & Analytics and Global Development departments. Before joining Disney, Grégoire had been Chief Marketing Officer at the AccorHotels Group since 2011, in charge of distribution and loyalty. Previously, Grégoire has worked for McDonald's France. He joined the company in 2001 as Director of Marketing before becoming senior VP of marketing, corporate communication, real estate development, construction, and sustainable development. In 2004, his role was broadened to include all of southern Europe. In 1997, he joined BDDP/TBWA after having worked 5 years at Publicis Conseil, working in communication and publicity. Grégoire began his career in 1988 as a Marketing Executive at the Olympic Games Organisation in Albertville. 

Daniel Delcourt

Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Daniel's experience in the hospitality industry spans nearly 30 years. With 18 years of experience with Disney, Daniel Delcourt held various positions of increasing responsibilities before being promoted to Vice President, Hotels and Convention Centers in January 2007, responsible for enhancing productivity and creating strategies for the Disneyland Paris hotel complex. In April 2012, Daniel joined Disneyland Resort California as Vice President Resort Hotels & Downtown Disney before being named Senior Vice President - Chief Operating Officer at Disneyland Paris in July 2014.

Gilles Dobelle

Managing Vice President, General Counsel

Gilles joined the Euro Disney Group in April 2011 as Managing Vice President, General Counsel. He accomplished most of his career in financial institutions where he held various positions of increasing responsibility. After being a lawyer specialized in corporate law (mergers and acquisitions) in a law firm, Gilles joined the Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank group in 1990 before joining the Deutsche Bank group in 1996 where he was promoted to General Counsel France. In 2003, he became General Counsel Europe for General Electric Corporate Finance Bank and extended then his responsibilities to become in 2005 Chief Compliance Officer in charge of the respect of the financial regulations and management of the reputational risk.

Daniel Dreux

Vice President Human Resources

Daniel Dreux joined the Group in 1992 as Manager, Labor Relations, after 10 years spent in the Burger King group, where he held a certain number of positions of increasing responsibility. Into the Group, he has enriched his professional itinerary by occupying various positions at the Human Resources, Purchasing, General Services, and at the Security departments, before being named Vice President - Labor Relations in 2003 and then Vice President -Human Resources in 2007. He has deep understanding and knowledge of our Company and the way it functions, as well as of the management and development of its resources.

Francesca Romana Gianesin

Vice President, Partnerships

Francesca Romana Gianesin is currently Vice President, Partnerships for Disneyland Paris, responsible for all Disneyland Paris strategic partnerships including Corporate Alliances, Operating Participants, and Business Solutions. Prior to that, she was Vice President EMEA for Disney Consumer Products and was based in London. She also led the relationship between The Walt Disney Company and some of the biggest international retailers, and she led the Luxury segment, signing partnerships at global level with the most famous fashion brands in the world for adult and kids business. Previously she held different positions in The Walt Disney Company Italy as VP Disney Consumer Products or Vice President Integrated Retail. Francesca has a FMCG background and prior to joining Disney, she held different positions in Johnson Wax, in Unichips Group and in Sara Lee-Playtex.

Julien Kauffmann

Vice President Transformation

Following a career as a Consultant and Partner for Oliver Wyman's global Consumer goods, Retail and Communication practices, Julien joined the Euro Disney Group in 2003 as Director, Revenue Development. Since then he held various positions of increasing responsibilities before being promoted to Vice President, Strategic Market Planning & Pricing, Vice President, Business Optimisation and then, in January 2010, Vice President, Revenue Management & Analytics. On October 1, 2016, Julien was appointed Vice President Transformation, whose mission is to understand the new challenges and to propose innovative solutions for Disneyland Paris.
