The Management Committee defines and implements overall Group strategy. It is an international management team endowed with a solid expertise.

Philippe serves as CEO of Euro Disney S.A.S. since September 2008. He joined the Disney organization in 1991 and was a member of the opening team at Disneyland® Paris. Over the six following years, he held a variety of positions at the Resort before being promoted to Director, Corporate Compensation and moved to The Walt Disney Company headquarters in Burbank, California. In 2000, he served as Regional Vice President, Human Resources, The Walt Disney Company Asia-Pacific, overseeing the HR strategy in 13 countries in Asia - first based in Tokyo and then in Hong Kong. In 2004, he returned to Disneyland Paris as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. A year later, he was appointed Senior Vice President, International Human Resources, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. In 2006, he was promoted to the position of Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Diversity & Inclusion for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts worldwide.

Claire Bilby was named Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, on February 1, 2013. She began her career in Disney in 1988 where she held various leadership positions around the world. Most recently she served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Disney Vacation Club. Before joining Disney Vacation Club, Claire served as Senior Vice President of Distribution Marketing and Asia Pacific Sales, leading all sales-channel marketing for Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disney Cruise Line, Walt Disney Travel Company, Adventures by Disney and Disney Institute. Her many accomplishments include helping to launch several Disney theme parks, including Hong Kong Disneyland, Disney's MGM Studios (now Disney's Hollywood Studios), Disneyland Paris, Disney's Animal Kingdom and Disney California Adventure.

With 28 years of experience with Disney, Joe Schott was named Chief Operating Officer at Disneyland Paris in December 2009. Prior to that he spent three years as Vice President and Executive Managing Director of Walt Disney Attractions Japan, and was previously Director of Park Operations at Walt Disney World. Throughout his career he had the opportunity to work in opening several new Disney experiences which include Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney's California Adventure and Disneyland Paris.

Mark began his career with Ernst & Young in Cape Town, South Africa before transferring to Paris. He then joined Vivendi as part of the Special Projects and Internal Audit group. In 2006 he started at Euro Disney as the Director of Corporate Controllership before his promotion to Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer in 2009. In 2011 he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer.

François began his career within the Lowe-Lintas Group where he held various positions of increasing responsibility. After being Board Account Director of the London office in 1995, then General Director of the Madrid office between 1996 and 2000, he held the position of General Director of the Paris Office in 2000. François joined the Euro Disney Group in 2004 as Vice President Advertising, responsible for Advertising, Media Planification, Press Relation Product, Internet and Direct Marketing, for all the European markets. Since December 1, 2011, he has been also serving as Vice President Communication Europe.

Francis joined the Disney organization in 1991 as Director Land Development, with more than 10 years of experience in real estate, especially in the Sari Group, Paris-la-Défense property developer. Promoted as Vice President Real Estate Development in 1998, he has played a great part in the success and the growth of Val d'Europe. As of October 2005, he extended his responsibilities to the Resort Development and started to reenergize Disney Village and develop the hotel inventory.

Gilles joined the Euro Disney Group in April 2011 as Managing Vice President, General Counsel. He accomplished most of his career in financial institutions where he held various positions of increasing responsibility. After being a lawyer specialized in corporate law (mergers and acquisitions) in a law firm, Gilles joined the Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank group in 1990 before joining the Deutsche Bank group in 1996 where he was promoted to General Counsel France. In 2003, he became General Counsel Europe for General Electric Corporate Finance Bank and extended then his responsibilities to become in 2005 Chief Compliance Officer in charge of the respect of the financial regulations and management of the reputational risk.

Daniel Dreux joined the Group in 1992 as Manager, Labor Relations, after 10 years spent in the Burger King group, where he held a certain number of positions of increasing responsibility. Into the Group, he has enriched his professional itinerary by occupying various positions at the Human Resources, Purchasing, General Services, and at the Security departments, before being named Vice President - Labor Relations in 2003 and then Vice President -Human Resources in 2007. He has deep understanding and knowledge of our Company and the way it functions, as well as of the management and development of its resources.

Following a career as a Consultant and Partner for Oliver Wyman's global Consumer goods, Retail and Communication practices, Julien joined the Euro Disney Group in 2003 as Director, Revenue Development. Since then he held various positions of increasing responsibilities before being promoted to Vice President, Strategic Market Planning & Pricing and then to Vice President, Business Optimisation. Since January 1, 2010, Julien serves as Vice President, Revenue Management & Analytics. In his current position, he is responsible for the strategic oversight of the optimization and improvement of Disneyland Paris revenues.
