First Mission: Welcoming 6,500 children in Disneyland Park for Mickey Mouse's 65th birthday.
Best SouvenEAR: "We welcomed a large family in Disneyland Park and one of the little boys immediately warned me, "I'm not going on Cake Mountain". It took me a minute to realise (and another to stop laughing) that he was talking about Space Mountain ! "

Best SouvenEAR: "In 1999, we went to the Aisne region which had been devastated by flooding. One of the individuals we helped was an elderly person. I can't explain it, but it was a heartbreaking, yet comical, moment. In hard times, laughter can really work wonders."
