Corporate Governance

Supervisory Board

The role of the Supervisory Board is to monitor the management of the company in the best interests of the shareholders and to oversee the quality of the information communicated to them. 


The Supervisory Board has nine contributing members :


 

Axel Duroux

Current Position: Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Elected as a member of the Supervisory Board in January 2013, appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board in February 2017, he is currently Executive Vice President Emerging Countries and High-Growth Countries of Publicis Group, Director of AXMA SA, and member of the Supervisory Board of the Institut National de l'Audiovisuel (French National Audiovisual Institute).




Michel Corbière

Current Position: Founder of the Forest Hill Group - Aquaboulevard de Paris

Elected as a member of the Supervisory Board in February 2006 and member of the Nominations Committee in February 2017, he is the founder of the Forest Hill Group, specialized in sports and leisure activities as well as in the hotel industry. He is also the founder of the French company Aquaboulevard de Paris.




Philippe Geslin

Current position: Different corporate positions within financial institutions and companies

Elected as a member of the Supervisory Board in February 2007 and Chairman of the Audit Committee in June 2007, he holds various corporate positions and board memberships in financial institutions and major companies (Crédit Foncier de Monaco and Union Financière de France-Banque).




Hélène Etzi

Current position: Senior Vice President & General Manager Disney Channels EMEA & France

Elected as member of the Supervisory Board in March 2017, she was appointed as Senior Vice President & General Manager Disney Channels EMEA in 2014. She adds this role to her previous position of Vice President & General Manager of Disney Channels France, which she has held since 2008.



Philippe Labro

Current Position: Project Director, Design and Operations of Labrocom SARL and Vice President of Matin Plus

Elected as a member of the Supervisory Board in March 1996, he is currently Project Director, Design and Operations of Labrocom S.A.R.L. and Vice President of Matin Plus.



Christine McCarthy

Current position: Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Walt Disney Company

Elected as a member of the Supervisory Board in September 2015 then member of the Nominations Committee in November 2015, Christine McCarthy began her career with The Walt Disney Company in 2000 and most recently served as Executive Vice President Corporate Real Estate, Alliances and Treasurer of TWDC. She is today Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.




Anthony Martin Robinson

Current Position: Non-Executive Chairman of Casual Dining Group

Elected as a member of the Supervisory Board in December 2004 and member of the Audit Committee in April 2005, he is currently Non-Executive Chairman of Casual Dining Group.




Catherine Pariset

Current position: Retired person

Elected as a member of the Supervisory Board in February 2016 and member of the Audit Committee in November 2016, she has over 35 years of experience in consultancy and auditing. After holding various positions of increasing responsibilities at PricewaterhouseCoopers, she became associate in 1990 up until June 2015 where she was responsible for customer relationship and worldwide auditing of major corporations (Axa, Sanofi, Crédit Agricole, Caisse des dépôts et consignations, Generali France, Compagnie des Alpes).




Patricia Wilber

Current position: Chief Marketing Officer, The Walt Disney Company EMEA

Elected as member of the Supervisory Board in February 2016, she has held various leadership positions within The Walt Disney Company such as Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales and Promotion for Disney ABC Cable Networks Group or Executive Vice President, Disney Media Advertising Sales and Marketing Group. She is currently Chief Marketing Officer for The Walt Disney Company EMEA, responsible for the creation, implementation and oversight of Disney?s integrated marketing organisation and is a member of the EMEA executive management team.
