
Disneyland Paris is the largest employer in the Seine-et-Marne department and the top single site employer in the Paris region. Less known is that Disneyland Paris constantly innovates in its recruitment campaigns, thereby showcasing its know-how and values of conviviality and innovation within the company. From Zaragoza, Spain to Torino, Italy and London, UK, Disneyland Paris crossed Europe in search of new talents. A giant picnic was held at the Cité Universitaire de Paris (Paris International University Campus) and provided the opportunity for 700 French and foreign students to meet our recruiters. From Roubaix to Charleroi, a travelling bus decked out in Disneyland Paris colors went in search of potential candidates to fill positions in Food & Beverage, boutiques, welcome desks and hotels. A virtual forum was even organized in Portugal to allow Disneyland Paris recruiters to "meet" potential Portuguese candidates via webcams. The aim of these campaigns was to offer a large swath of European candidates, regardless of diplomas or professional experience, the opportunity to bridge their student and professional lives with an experience in a multicultural environment.
