Euro Disney S.C.A. shares were first traded on the London, Paris and Brussels Stock Exchanges in November 6, 1989.
Since November 1, 2005, the Euro Disney S.C.A. share trading activity has been consolidated to trade on the Paris Stock Exchange. Due to limited trading volumes and in light of financial market expenses, registration and trading have been optimized in Europe by consolidating trading and registration activity exclusively on Euronext in Paris.
Until September 5, 2007, the Company was registered as a foreign private issuer in the United-States.
On December 3, 2007, the Company has implemented a share consolidation. The exchange ratio was 100 old shares of €0.01 (nominal value) for one new share of €1 (nominal value). More details about the share consolidation, please click here.
Since May 26, 2010, Euro Disney S.C.A. share is eligible to the "long-only" segment of the Deferred Settlement Service (SRD "long-only"). Indeed, following the extension of the Deferred Settlement Service on the initiative of NYSE Euronext, all shares traded continuously on Euronext Paris with an average daily trading amount of at least € 100,000 are admitted to the "long-only" segment of the Deferred Settlement Service since May 26, 2010.
