IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standard)

International Accounting Standards issued by the International Accounting Standards Board and adopted by the European Union in July 2002 to allow comparison between companies' financial statements. Under EC regulation 1606/2002 of July 19, 2002, companies listed on a regulated stock exchange in one of the member states, are required to present their consolidated financial statements for fiscal years beginning on or after January 1, 2005 in conformity with IFRS. 

ISIN Code

It corresponds to the identification number of a share and exclusively for this share.
It is composed of 12 digits: two letters represent the Stock Exchange in which the share is negotiated (for instance, FR for the Paris Stock Exchange, GB for the London Stock Exchange) and 10 figures allow identifying the share itself.
