Shareholders can take part in certain decisions of the company, as provided by laws and regulations and the Company's by-laws in force, by participating to the General Shareholders' Meetings, either personally or by being represented by an agent. They can attend the meetings, express themselves at the meetings, as well as vote on the draft resolutions submitted to the meetings. This is through this vote that shareholders can take part in company's life. Shareholders also could send written questions before the General Shareholders' Meeting, in accordance with the laws and regulations in force and in the form and time foreseen in these texts.
