Shareholders Club was set up in 1995, with the aim of providing relevant and timely information about the Company's financial performances and other regulatory notices, strengthening the Company's relationship with its shareholders and keeping them up-to-date with Company news.

As well as all the information available on this website, Shareholders Club members can also access the following:
- A regular Shareholders Club Information Letter sent by e-mail, which provides in-depth information on the Company as well as the latest news at Disneyland® Paris and the Shareholders Club.
- Quarterly publication of the Company's financial revenues or/and results.
Representatives are also available to answer financial questions regarding the Company.
Giving You More Services:
The Shareholders Club is pleased to welcome you at Disneyland® Paris and to offer you some privileges. Some of these benefits include:
- Light coffee Break at Salon Mickey, at the entrance of the Disneyland® Park from 9:00 a.m. to noon each morning.
- Significant discounts and privileges at the resort boutiques, restaurants, hotels and Parks.
- Special events organized for members only of the Shareholders Club.
How to become a member of the Shareholders Club?
To join the Euro Disney S.C.A. Shareholders Club, you need to hold at least 5 Euro Disney S.C.A. shares (ISIN Code: FR0010540740).
If you meet these requirements, complete the online membership form and mail or fax us recent proof of your position as a shareholder (for example: bank account, contract note, certificate from your financial intermediary, ...). Please note that electronic prints of online statements are not accepted.
Shareholders who own between 5 and 20 shares will also need to send a 2-year administration fee of €30.
If you hold 20 shares and more, you do not need to pay any administration fee.
You should receive the Shareholders Club card in approximately 6 weeks.

Membership and use of the card
Your card is valid for two years from the issue date and can be renewed upon request, in accordance with the conditions in effect at the time (see Renewing your Membership).
The card or card number is needed:
- To make any booking by telephone.
- To claim your Shareholders Club discounts.
Please note that your Shareholders Club card is strictly personal and non-transferable. It cannot be exchanged or reimbursed and does not give access to the Disney Parks.
The advantages and privileges granted to members of the Shareholder Club cannot be combined with any other promotional offers at Disneyland® Paris.
How to renew your Shareholders Club Membership ?

Shareholders Club members benefit from special discounts and offers at Disneyland Paris. Shareholders Club members can enjoy 15% discounts in table service and buffet restaurants, 15% discounts on products purchased at Disneyland Paris boutiques, 15% discounts on Park Passports, etc. Members also benefit from special offers at Disney's Hotels, on green fees at Disneyland® Golf, at PanoraMagique...

The Shareholders Club offers exclusive privileges to its members. You can start your day at Disneyland® Paris with a pleasant welcome at Salon Mickey and take a light coffee break. You will receive by e-mail a regular Shareholders Club Information Letter sharing Company life and Disneyland Paris news. You will get quarterly financial results (by e-mail or mail). Look out for special invitations to Shareholders Club events (sneak previews, inaugurations, premiere...).

On occasion, Shareholders Club members are invited to special events at Disneyland® Paris.
Come and discover the oversized world of Toy Story Playland and its three new larger-than-life attractions: Slinky Dog Zigzag Spin, RC Racer and Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop, on the occasion of a Shareholders Club special event evening on September 3, 2010 in the Walt Disney Studios® Park.
